A: Hi Sooner – Yes, yes, YES, YES! We are also hard-workers, are homebodies, love to entertain with good food (great cooks) and cozy surroundings. We take great interest in all physical matters, and are very sensual. We usually have good speaking and/or singing voices, and enjoy great music and peaceful surroundings (okay, maybe not April Tauruses like Streisand; they seem more argumentative and they’re a little intense). Although we have the bull as our symbol (and have been accused of being stubborn), we are determined. There is a big difference. A: everyone who says cappricorn and virgo are correct but i am a taurus and all the cappricorn and virgos in my life have just been friends, i think in a relationship with them it would be stable and bore me to tears…

I can look it up on the net so experience-based answers please! A: Well my experience is interesting, I met my Taurus after a devastating marital situation and he was like my knight in shining armour, everything I thought was fairy tale he made reality, treated me like a princess, after a year in a half I saw less of him but, I was so sure that I loved him. He would always remind me that we were friends first and not to be upset with him for spending less time because he had to work so much. We kind of agreed to split up, I started school and he got even more busy, always texting, finally I becam fed up and I ignored him. He wasn’t used to me ignoring him like I did but, I did. I stopped all communication with him by the end of August. I figured I would never see the love of my life again and I wanted to move on. Happened to go out in December and what do ya know, as soon as I walked up to the bar, he was standing right there. I was so in shock. He was already looking at me, smiling from ear to ear. He told me he loved me as he exited the function and I was like wow! My feelings for him came back automatically, So we’ve been talking for the last month, and I came clean finally told him what I wanted, as shocking as it sounds, this man is all for us being together! I’m like wow, why the sudden spark? What I had to realize is I could never get him to initiate a deeper relationship, but I willing gave him his space, I remained friends even when I wanted more, I never stopped loving him and I just kept hope. When we stopped talking for 4 months, I figured if it was meant to be, it will be. And he showed up. He moved closer to me, I just have to wait for him to cut his rebound off. So many things about a Taurus makes them worth the wait, I am an Aries and believe me, it was hard, I’ve never hooked back up with an ex but, we are in love and he even admitted that we are meant to be. Trust me when I say, it has never been so easy to talk to him these days. He’s agreeing with me and not being stubborn. Patience is the key to a Tauruses heart. It shows loyalty. Stay nice and sweet. A: start by with friendship. Taurus’s love security! this will ease both of you into a relationship. if you’re already past this stage, suggest a low-key lunch. the way to a Taurus’s heart is through indulgence, especially food. lunch is always more casual than a dinner date, so there won’t be as much pressure.

A: my bf is a taurus, and im a cancer. we get along perfectly. we complement each other really well, in that when i get emotional over something, he’d help me think more logically or practical about the situation. he’s very patient with me and understanding and affectionate. i know taurus are dependable, laid-back people, and thus, i really appreciate that. (one of my close friends is a taurus too, and i love her personality.)

we may butt heads bc taurus can be stubborn people too, but in this way, it is also a positive, bc once he’s made up his mind about something, he sticks to it. he’s like a rock, steady and grounded. i, as a cancer, love that safety and security he provides. he loves that i can take care of him and be there whenever he needs me. turning it around to you as the taurus, and he as the cancer, i would guarantee he would really appreciate you in more ways than one.

A: This team has got some challenges from the get-go. That’s the problem right there – Taurus is content with things the way they are but Sagittarius always thinks they could be better and wants to make changes. If Taurus can learn not to resist new things and Sagittarius can learn that sometimes just staying in one place is really ok, they might be ok. Just gotta keep an eye on the whole bickering thing so they don’t drive each other crazy.

Edit: if you are asking about only the ones that form the “zodiac” sign of Taurus from the ancient sky map, then together Hyades and Pleiades were said to form the constellation Taurus.

Q: What can I do to prevent transmission problems in my taurus?
I have a 1997 Ford Taurus GL with 140,000mi on it and I have heard about slippage problems with taurus. Im very concerned because I have noticed a slight slip going into 1st gear. What can I do to safeguard myself from problems from driving habits to anything more mechanical. Thank You.

A: Well you said it……your driving habits. Plus make sure you change you transmission fluid at the recommended interval. That’s about all you have control over.

Q: someone explain to me the difference between the ford fusion and the new Taurus?
i read an article and saw pics of the new taurus in motor trend and though they have some slight diffrences (e.g i think the taurus has a slightly longer body) they appear to be identical!

though they claim the taurus is the (failed) 500 just renamed it lookes like a new fusion

im younger than most so maybe someone who knows more could help me out here?

A: The new Taurus is a rebranded Ford Five Hundred, with some engine and style modifications. The biggest of which is a new bigger and more powerful standard engine, and getting rid of the CVT transmission.

I purchased a new Fusion in early April, and had taken the Five Hundred (Taurus) and Fusion for test drives. The Taurus is quite a bit bigger inside and somewhat larger overall. It’s classifed as a “Large Sedan.” You sit higher in it and it also has an enormous trunk. Big enough to throw 3 bodies in easy.

The Fusion is classified as a “Mid-Sized Sedan” and is very roomy inside for a mid-size, but it is a mid-size. It has the same engine the Five Hundred did, but because the Fusion is smaller, it’s not underpowered like the Five Hundred was. The Fusion also feels sportier, with a tighter ride. The Five Hundred (Taurus) ride reminded me of the ride your Grandpa’s big sedan used to have.

Q: What are the differences between the Beretta 92FS and the Taurus 92?
I know Taurus bought the factory, including tooling from Beretta, and produce a very similar gun to the Beretta 92FS, but they obviously aren’t quite the same. What the differences? How about the quality of the Taurus?
Do the two different guns use the same magazines?

A: The differences between the two are minimal, the Taurus is the copy cat. One difference is the Beretta has a slide mounted decock safety while the Taurus PT92 has a frame mounted safety and decocker. The Beretta 92 i have found to be more accurate, by just enough of a difference for it to be worth noting. I like the grip of the Beretta better than the Taurus.

Also, the magazines are not interchangeable. Given the choice I’d take the Beretta, but there is nothing wrong with the PT92 either. The PT92 I have has never had any quality issues, but i have had some bad experiences with Taurus customer service. I sent a gun in, got it back with the wrong thing fixed and rusted through. The awesome guys at my local shop let me return it for a full refund.

Q: Does anyone know if the right passenger rear window glass from a regular taurus care will fit a Taurus Wagon?
I have a 94 Ford Taurus Wagon and my right passenger rear glass is busted. Someone has the glass for sale for a regular Taurus car, and the doors look the same, so I was wondering if the two are compatable. Any help someone could offer is appreciated.

A: I would suggest calling a local auto glass company or salvage yard…they have interchange charts or books that tell if one will fit another.
